Standard Call-Out: $150 per hour visit
Emergency Call-Out: $200 per hour visit (for urgent, same-day service)
Mail-In Repairs
For those who prefer to send their devices to us, we offer a mail-in repair service with the following rates:
Mail-In Repair Service Fee: $50 (covers diagnostic and handling)
Return Shipping:
Standard Shipping: $25 (for smaller devices like laptops and external drives)
Large PC Units Shipping: $55 (for larger units like desktops and all-in-one systems)
Expedited Return Shipping: $40 (for faster delivery)
