How to Join a Remote Session
Enter the session ID
Enter the session ID provided by your technician, provide your name for the technician to identify you and then click on Join session to start the join process.
Download the file
Download the join app provided for you based on your operating system. Once downloaded run the file on your computer to join the remote session.

Join the session
Accept the confirmation prompt to give access to the technician. Once accepted your session will be established and the technician can access your device.

Yes. After you enter a Session Key on the https://assist.zoho.com/client/urgentcomputerrepair page and press the Submit button, you will be prompted to download, install, and run a temporary software file, which will allow you to share your screen with the support person.
There is a minimum charge of $25which covers the first 15 minutes. Beyond the first 15 minutes, the rate is prorated to the next 15-minute increment. For instance, if your session is 25 minutes long, you’ll be billed for 30 minutes or $50
